Podcast Expo! W00T!

Alright that was a blast! The podcast expo ruled man! I was sitting down in the keynote auditorium wait for Leo Laporte to come up and give his keynote. I looked back then boom! There was David Lawrence from the David Lawrence show. Got to talk to him then Leo came on stage and asked if anyone has a Apple VGA connector which I had with me, he came up to me, I let him borrow it and he remembered me and the rest of the dotUplink crew. So that was just the beginning. He came back as said the cable was 3" short, and said he had a better one and that was a dvi to vga. So that was cool, he gave his speech and afterwards we got to interview him on our podcast. That was awesome, we gave him the fed ex'd pizza and he bit it, (BTW this will all be on dotuplink ep. 19) and then we are standing there asking leo afterward if Patrick Norton would be there. Then like 8 feet away you hear, "I am here!" I turn around then boom Patrick Norton is standing there we run up to him get his autograph then Leo's. Have a nice 5 min discussion with Patrick and like 10 mins with Leo. Not to mention there where only like 4 people in that ballroom, everyone else was in the Expo.
Now the Expo is a different story. We walk around check out some booth's and yell at feedburner, and as me and Ara Malayan (also known as Sam on dotuplink) where walking we spot Chris Pirillo, the nerdy geeky guy from the original Call For Help. He was awesome, so that was a great experience. Hell this was a great day for me. I got to meet all the TechTVers...

Steve Jobs shows up in my history book!!?!?!

I was at class, bored out of my mind.. flipping through pages then...all of a sudden, there he was steve jobs in my history book. I mean how old can you really be to be in a history book, this is just amazing to me. Nice Steve, now i have something more interesting to read in class. Bah!, for all you people (larry) who wanted me to update, all i could say is blah blah blah. Life has bee as normal as normal could get. JPL invention challenge has came and it is time to strike that match. School is in 12 days :(, and I got a lot to do for dotUplink. Oh well.... I think my summer has been a blast with dotUplink and finally dotUplink will get bigger and more will happen. And here is a little image i wanted to share. (up) That is just a little evidence of the hacked ipod mini. Stay tuned for more.

Ok well, there is not much to explain about the thousand dollar pillow story. iBook was droped, screen breaks, and the cost to repair is the same as a new ibook G4. So I am getting an ibook G4 soon. I was on KFI 640 with leo asking him this question and he told me about www.techrestore.com. But then again G3 is out of date, and I rather have a G4.

I am currently attending Crescenta Valley High School, and I am apart of the robotics program. I have been a mac user since 1998, when I got an old powerpc 7200 (good time, bad OS 9).
